By using SlabReady ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. What SlabReady Does

SlabReady uses AI to analyze photographs of trading cards and provide estimated condition grades. These grades are predictions based on image analysis — they are not official grades from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading company.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

SlabReady grades are estimates, not guarantees. Our AI analysis is a tool to help you make informed decisions about card grading submissions. Actual grades from professional grading companies may differ from our predictions. We are not responsible for:

• Differences between SlabReady predictions and actual PSA/BGS/CGC grades
• Financial losses from grading submissions based on our predictions
• Buying or selling decisions made based on our analysis

You acknowledge that card grading involves subjective judgment and that no automated tool can perfectly replicate a professional grader's assessment.

3. Pricing Information

Market prices displayed in the App are sourced from third-party databases and recent sales data. Prices are approximate, may be delayed, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of pricing data.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Scan credit purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple directly through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App to scan counterfeit or stolen cards for the purpose of fraud
• Attempt to bypass scan limits or payment systems
• Use automated tools to access our API without authorization
• Resell or redistribute grading results commercially without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

The SlabReady name, logo, grading algorithms, and app design are our property. Trading card images, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (The Pokemon Company, Wizards of the Coast, etc.). We claim no ownership of the cards you scan.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep SlabReady available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabReady and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for scan credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email if available.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where SlabReady operates.
